Fisheries Action Coalition Team (FACT) – is a coalition of NGOs established by a group of NGO members working on fisheries and environmental issues that affect Cambodian communities’ livelihoods around the Tonle Sap, Coastal and Mekong provinces. FACT’s programme mobilizes provincial NGOs and community-based organizations to more effectively conduct advocacy programmes that respond to development policies and development programmes.
